• The safety or outcome of any off-platform interaction
• The accuracy of any statement made by a user in private conversation

Verification reduces the risk of catfishing and stolen photos. It does not eliminate all risk. Users interact at their own risk.

Once you unlock a Hottie’s direct contact details, the connection moves off the BaeBe platform. What happens off-platform is between you and the Hottie.

BaeBe is not responsible for:

• The conduct of any user off-platform
• Any agreement, payment, or service arranged off-platform
• Any loss, harm, or damage arising from off-platform interactions

Governing Law: This Disclaimer, and any dispute arising from the use of BaeBe, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Regulatory compliance: BaeBe complies with applicable data protection laws and applicable criminal law.

In the United Arab Emirates, BaeBe operates as a companionship and social connection platform. Users are reminded that certain activities are strictly prohibited under applicable UAE federal law and local Dubai regulations. In particular:
