Terms of Service

By accessing or using the BaeBe platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these “Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

BaeBe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BaeBe.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

BaeBe is a connection platform. Users seeking to use the Service for any unlawful purpose are strictly prohibited.

BaeBe is a technology platform that connects Gents with Hotties for the purpose of unlocking direct contact details (social handles). BaeBe is not a party to any arrangement, agreement, or interaction between users, whether on or off the platform.

Hotties are independent users of the platform. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of BaeBe. BaeBe exercises no control over the nature, conduct, or outcome of off-platform interactions.

Payments made via the credit system are for the connection service (unlocking direct contact). What happens between a Gent and a Hottie after contact is exchanged is solely between them.

BaeBe uses a non-refundable credit system to unlock direct contact details for a Hottie. All prices are denominated in Tether USD (USDT) and are paid exclusively in USDT on the Solana network via our payment processor. Credits are sold in three plans (launch-offer pricing):

• 15 USDT — Testing: 1 credit, expires 24 hours after purchase
• 40 USDT — Pro: 4 credits (10 USDT per credit, never expire)
• 80 USDT — Elite: 10 credits + 2 bonus credits (12 total, never expire)

Testing credit expiry. Credits purchased through the Testing plan expire exactly 24 hours after they are credited to your account. Once expired, they are removed from your balance and can no longer be used to unlock a Hottie. Credits from the Pro and Elite plans never expire.

The Elite plan includes 2 bonus credits as shown at checkout. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

One (1) credit unlocks one (1) Hottie’s direct contact details for twenty-four (24) hours from the moment of unlock. After the 24-hour window, the contact details are concealed again and a new credit must be spent to re-unlock.

Non-refundable. Credits are non-refundable once the contact has been delivered (i.e. once the unlock has occurred and the contact details have been made visible). By purchasing and spending a credit, you acknowledge that the service has been rendered at the moment of unlock.

Unused credit balances remain on your account until spent, your Trial credits expire, or until your account is closed. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a financial instrument.

As a BaeBe user, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and lawfully able to enter into contracts
• Provide genuine, accurate information in your profile
• Complete identity verification when requested
• Conduct yourself respectfully in all interactions
• Not engage in any illegal activity, on or off the platform
• Not harass, threaten, or coerce any other user
• Not share content that is illegal, non-consensual, or harmful
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scraping techniques
• Comply with all applicable local and national laws

The following actions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any credit balance:

• Bypassing the credit system (e.g. asking a Hottie for free contact details before unlocking)
• Sharing a Hottie’s contact details with anyone else after unlocking them
• Solicitation of illegal services
• Human trafficking or coercion of any kind
• Promoting prostitution within the meaning of applicable criminal law
• Facilitating prostitution in violation of applicable criminal law
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating another person
• Sharing explicit content without consent
• Threats, harassment, or hate speech
• Fraud, including payment fraud or identity fraud
• Attempting to move transactions off-platform in a way that circumvents the credit system
• Minors involved in any capacity — zero tolerance

BaeBe may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or our Rules, or that is otherwise harmful to other users or the platform.

You may delete your account at any time through the Data Request page. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, ratings, and verification records are removed. Anonymised transaction records may be retained as required by law.

If your account is terminated by BaeBe for a violation, any remaining credit balance is forfeited and non-refundable.

BaeBe provides a connection platform but does not guarantee the conduct, truthfulness, or safety of any user. You interact with other users at your own risk.

BaeBe is not responsible for any interaction, agreement, or event that occurs off-platform (including but not limited to in-person meetings, phone calls, messaging on third-party apps, or financial transfers between users).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BaeBe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

BaeBe’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BaeBe in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Credits are non-refundable once spent. A credit is considered spent the moment a Hottie’s contact details are revealed to you.

If a Hottie is permanently banned from BaeBe within 24 hours of your unlock (and you reported her as the reason for the ban, or our moderation team acted on a separate report), we may, at our discretion, issue a courtesy credit to your account. This is a goodwill gesture, not a contractual obligation.

Unspent credit balances from a recent plan purchase may be considered for refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits have not been used. Contact us via Telegram support to request a review.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Safety guidelines, Rules, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BaeBe.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver: BaeBe’s failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the use of BaeBe shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
